Great shop, honest guys - Excellent customer service! I've been burned at shops before, but these guys earned my trust. Everything they recommended was exactly what my car needed and I got great service at much better prices than what my dealer was charging. They show you everything in detail, so you can see that they aren't trying to push stuff you don't need on you, like other places do. They answer all your questions and make sure you understand everything. They are always very polite and friendly. I won't take my car anywhere else since I found these guys.

I was denied a car wash service 3 minutes before closing on 3/5/09. I was informed that the person (called himself the Manager) is hungry and can not wash my car, whowever, I was the last customer waiting for about 5 minutes geting my car ready to be washed "Gold Service". The employee who called himself "Manager" refused to provide his name or any of the store manager's information in a very unprofessional and rude manner, trying to give me a message that "I can not do anything about it and that no one will find out about what happened".
I usually receive a good service with all of Speedy Wash employees in Monroe, even if it's 2 or 3 minutes before closing.

great service, very polite. They always give me the best prices. i like that they treated me with respect even though i'm female, alot of other shops dont. i send my whole family there!!
