I've used this company for propane service since 1988. Pleasant and responsive deliverymen. The price per gallon of propane seems to be better than average for this area. I am a bit concerned about some of their recent practices such as $2 delivery surcharges and a recent Jan 2008 policy letter that is less than friendly. Pay your bill within 5 days and they will credit you 5 cents per gallon, but that payment has to be by cash or check.. will the post office get your payment to them in 5 days ? I'd rather have them drop the $2 surcharge. Too many of their delivery trucks are old, chassis rust covered, and tired. The 2 tall free standing storage tanks behind my house are from the 1940's, have been there for at least 15 years, the valves leak if not fully off or on, the fill check valve on one failed, so they left a large brass check valve from the truck fill hose attached to the tank to correct the problem, never replacing the tank. The tanks have significant surface rust. I assume if it were a problem they would replace the tanks... but one never knows.
