    Almost average...: Long wait wait for even small repairs + a small waiting area.Was a regular customer for about 2 yrs,he will charge you FULL price.Doesn't matter if that job takes an hour,you're getting charged for the 2.5 hour book price...that's kinda annoying.Does do good work,but you're going to pay dealer price for it without the fancy coffee machine and plasma tv that makes your wait a little more endurable.
