User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsnoticed great improvments: I've noticed your recent improvments in my last sevaral car washes; at your carwash not only my wife was happy at the way you gave our car a great shine. but my children loved all the soap and foam and show walking thru your fac[lity i will always refer my friends and family to your place
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsBad Business: Had an oil change done, then a car wash both were ok. When my car went through the carwash, one of the machines broke off my dr side mirror. My car is 7 yrs old, but in trade in excellent shape with only 85,500 miles on it, for a 2000 thats really good. The owner did replace the mirror, but made it sound like it was my fault. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it before, or I would have told them or not minded when it broke. Also, I found a vaccum hose off right by the oil cap which was done from the oil change. Great workers, poor attitude on the owners behalf... I wont be back, nor will my friends or family. All I wanted was to be treated as a customer and with a little respect, too much to ask?

Attitude is everything and you seem so smug! They replaced the mirror and 'did not have to'. They came thru for you and you still feel the need to complain. Its always a risk when your car goes through a car wash. I'll bet your home-life isn't so good and you just need something to complain about.
trishalee, more like trashalee, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. just because you are sleeping with the owner of the place doesn't give you the right to trash a lee someone else's opinion. oh yeah, you might want to use this pick on match.com, it's trashy enough to fit there. oh yeah, you think that guy has something to complain about, what do you think your doing? complaining about his opinion. and just in case you don't know your law because your nose is too far up the owner's butt, if his car is damaged at this place, it is their responsibility to fix it. They're not doing a favor for the customer, they're taking responsibility for damage to someone's vehicle which was caused by their service. If the owner broke your pelvis, you would want him to pay for your medical costs, right?
