I have to agree with Janet. I took tickets I wanted mounted and framed and they acted like they couldn't do it. ??? I ended up doing my own mounting and framing from items found within the store for a fraction of the cost anyway. I was baffled. I asked my daughter as we walked away "Was my requests confusing?" She said "No, mom. They didn't want to do it." I will continue to shop in the store but won't rely on them for custom framing.

this is not the place for custom framing!! don't make the mistake i made!!only good if you want cheap pre-made frames

I disagree completely! I have had several gallery quality frames and matts produced for very high end pieces,at this location, and have been thrilled with the finished products! The young lady was helpful and professional and new how to work with expensive artwork!
