Freeman's serviced both of our cars (Buicks) for over 10 years. They were always polite, professional, and honest in their evaluation of whether work really needed to be done (they talked us out of more extensive work on at least one or two occasions). Having recently moved out of NY, we will miss Freeman's. As an example of their customer service, we dropped off one of our cars last fall and apparently forgot to leave a credit card number so they could charge for the service. (We would usually pick the car up after hours, so they would call with the estimate/total, then charge our credit card.) Since they knew we were loyal customers, they didn't bother to contact us about the $178 outstanding bill, but instead waited until the next time we brought in one of our cars...4 months later!! When I found out we had neglected to pay, I was very apologetic, and the owner said he knew we would pay so he wasn't worried about it. So if you're looking for good customer service as well as quality service for your vehicle(s), I would highly recommend Freeman's!
