This store is a hidden gem! Great advice, product knowledge, and total honesty. Better than the Apple Stores and much better than Best Buy!
We found this store through our employers- an ad agency with 7 Macs. Marc has serviced and sold Macs to our employer and to us for 10 years and he's saved us countless times at the agency. We totally recommend this guy! He's the best!
Great Store, Great Service but lacks computer repair. Marc does very basic repair that you can do yourself. If the Mac computer repair is complex he will charge you and tell you to go to NYC to get your computer repaired. Marc is not certified by Apple to perform AppleCare service and non-warranty repairs.

From Marc Frankel: 2009 is our twelfth (12th) year of business in Orange County and we have more than 2,500 active customers. We have performed almost two thousand repairs and upgrades over this 12 year period for a very large roster of customers and repeat customers. "Very basic computer repair that you can do yourself" does not remotely describe the services we perform. We would never have earned and retained this many customers for the past 12 years if we had only performed "very basic computer repair". "He will charge you and tell you to go to NYC to have your computer repaired" refers to our basic "bench fee" of $45 for individual customers who need to find out what's wrong with their computer(s), and the "NYC" component refers to our less-than-5% referral of any given customer to Tekserve (in NYC)- the largest, and in our opinion the best Apple repair facility in New York City and the United States. Tekserve has 140 employees and is a Certified AppleCare Service Provider. They are legendary in the "Apple World". "Macman" is correct however that we are not a Certified AppleCare Service Provider nor do we want to be. The paperwork and financial commitments are too unrealistic for a business of our size and geographic location. We do expressly state to any person or business that inquires about WARRANTY work that we CANNOT and WILL NOT perform it for them. We make no exceptions. As for OUT-OF-WARRANTY work, the years and numbers speak for themselves. We know we're highly regarded in Orange County and this region of New York. Our roster of customers includes: people who teach for Apple,Inc. at seminars for corporate IT departments, newspaper reporters, photographers, and columnists,-including the consumer reporter for our largest regional daily newspaper, music studios, video studios, law offices, doctors and their offices, schools, teachers, students- and even "do-it yourselfers"- like a "Macman", who can get themselves into trouble trying to fix their own computers! We know our reputation is extraordinary and we have thousands of customers who will concur with us. Word-of Mouth is our best advertisement and continues to be an important part of our growth and success. Marc Frankel

"Mark couldn't even diagnose that my motherboard was fried but charge me $75.00 and told me to take it to NYC to get it fixed. I took it to Best Buy and they figured out what was wrong within 5 minutes. They didn't charge me to look at it only the fee to fix it. As for the 2,500 customers, I sure would like to see the customers names and have a chat with all of them. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!"
