Domino's Pizza

I have been using the Monroe Dominos for years now, and in the past I have forgiven their problems because they were the only place in town that delivered pizza. But recently over the past year their problems have overshadowed their positives. I have spoken with managers, promises were made for change, yet the staff is still rude, and they still have self centered employees, who don't answer their phones. With 6 other pizza places in town (Some which deliver) Dominos needs to start thinking Customer Service, and quick! Either way enough is enough for this family, and Dominos just lost our business!
P.S. to all potential customers of Dominos, please note that when I ordered from the other pizza place the cost was lower, the pizza was great (Not like cardboard Dominos), and the delivery only took 20mins.

Warning!! Undercooked Food, & Pathetic Service!: Worst Pizza in Monroe!! Service was rude, and crude! Went into the store to pick up order and every other word was a curse word! My kids were with me, and I felt that this kind of behavior was just wrong! The Pizza was under cooked, and the toppings were minimal at best! You lost my families buisness!!!
