Not worth the time!: The people at this dealership know nothing about customer service. They're so cheap they don't even give you the car mats that are supposed to come with your car! The management threatens people. It'd be better to go to another dealership and save yourself the headache of this dump.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsYou better read your paperwork before signing: I cant even tell you how HORRIBLE it was to purchase a car from this dealership. I would first of all never suggest ordering one! It took just over 3 and a half months for the car to come in. Each week the sales manager call me to say it was definitely coming in by the end of the week..when i went to go retrieve it...it wasnt there and he confirmed it would DEFINETLY be there by the following week..again..no car...once the car finally came in it was the wrong interior...they told me they were going to get the car i wanted from another dealership which was a mere 4 miles down the road...they lied...the sticker on the car said it was from a dealership 50+ miles down the road...Nothing in the car! no windsheild fluid not even paper mats...called Honda of America and they said I was atleast suppose to get cloth mats...the dealer TOOK THEM OUT to try and resell! ...but PLEASE read the paper work from these guys! mistake after mistake...even the wrong color was recorded! I thought I was done with them...but SURPRISE a month and a half later the finance calls saying I owe $32...I mistake they made at the DMV...I asked him to expalin why I owe it..and he THREATEN me by saying..(I thought I was being phone tapped from Z100).."I will do everything in my power to get that 32$"
