User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsAfter my car broke down at 2pm on a Sunday, I contacted Joe's Towing via the Allstate Motor Club. They said they would pick up the car in northern NJ and tow it back to my home in Rockland. I took a cab the rest of the way to work and thought everything would be OK...
The car was never picked up... and after numerous phone calls, promises and excuses, they finally told me AT MIDNIGHT that the car was out of their area and they weren't coming... and I only found this out when I called them for about the 5th time.
They said they were coming in an hour, then a half hour, they would be there in 15 minutes, etc, etc. Then they COMPLETELY BLEW ME OFF...
I would push the car myself rather than call them ever again... Allstate could not find another provider, but I was able to find a company in Fort Lee NJ who gladly came at 1AM, towed the car all the way home for me, was friendly, and charged a reasonable rate.
Do not call Joe's Towing!!!
(Yahoo made me choose one star as the lowest rating, but I would give them none...)
