User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsTHE PLACE IS BEAUTIFUL BUT...I CALLED TO DO MY DAUGHTER'S SWEET 15th THERE, BUT THE ANSWERING MACHINE KEPT COMMING OUT I LEFT ABOUT 4 MESSAGES AND NO BODY EVER RETURN ANY OF MY PHONE CALL. FINALLY I CALLED AGAIN AND THEY WERE SO RUDE. YOU WOULD THINK THAT THEY LIKE THEIR JOB BUT I GUESS NOT. I WAS VERY OFFENDED THAT I WOULD NEVER CALL THAT PLACE IN MY LIFE. AFTER ALL MAYBE THEY'RE SO BOOKED THAT THEY DON'T NEED TO BE NICE BECAUSE THEY DON'T NEED THE BUSSINESS :-(

I called for my daughters 16th b-day and had a great call, got menu emailed to me in 15 minutes and follow up call the next day. They were great at planning the event. The party went wonderful also
