Target - It's on the mark!: I always have a little something to return. The customer service is always wonderful, speedy and helpful. The store is clean and the sale items are there and when not, the raincheck is. One of my favorite stores.

Courteous but not knowledgable: After going through a few people trying to reach the music department, which was handled professionally, I needed to educate the person in the department about a particular musician (who was one of The Beatles), and found out that Target didn't have the item. The item was released today. Oh well, onto Best Buy.
