    This is the first time that my nine-year old son was more eager to leave a “game arcade” than I was to do so. The games were not working but the credits on his Dave and Buster cards were fast disappearing. We looked for someone to help us but could find no one. When we were exiting, we asked if they had a complaint or a suggestion box. The hostess said no, but asked if we bought food.

    When we entered the game section we went to sit at a table but was told someone was waiting on that table. We said we would play a few games but please call us when a” “table becomes available”. We saw a number of people walked in after us and sat when a table became available. The hostess never looked in our direction or called us. My wife was angry.

    I was funny to hear my kid say…they should call it Dave and Busted

    An overall waste of time. I went with my kids and a number of the arcade games were not working. It was imposible to get assistance to get credit for the games. And some of the game actually paid out the wrong number of tickets. It is bad enough when you send 40 buck to win some useless piece of junk, but to futher insulted to not only the walet but to the fun factor.

    Horrific experience. Threw a party for my wife...Table was not ready, service was bad, never going back.
