User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsThis school is finest example of unprofessionalism. The instructor showed up 1hr and 10 minutes late for my daughter's first lesson with no explanation, but a rude attitude and an offer to leave if I wanted. I took the lesson against my better judgement. I received a lame apology call from the instructor's mother or the head of the business with the attitude that these things happen and "its not like anybody lost anything" statement. Are they kidding?? They pressed me to confirm the 2nd lesson 5 days in advance and I said I could not while I was at work, but would call them back within a day. This was not good enough for her, so she called me back and "fired me" from their school. I would not recommend Arrow auto school to anybody and considering there are many driving schools in the Floral Park area, there is no reason to support obnoxious business owners!! Take your money elsewhere!!!!
