I'm not sure what the previous person was talking about regarding their review, but the owner has always been great to me. In fact he spent a long time with me reviewing different foods for my dogs stomach problems. Not just once, but a couple of times. I went with his suggestion and it worked very well. My vet didn't even have the answers that he had regarding nutrition. I have been in this store many times over the years and it is the only place I shop for all of my pets food and supplies. I don't need to go anywhere else since they always have everything I need. The selection of food and supplies is huge! I have never seen him or his employees be nothing but knowledgeable, patient and friendly to his customers. I would highly recommend this store to anyone with pets.

Extremely unpleasent experience with the owner. I will never return to this store although it is the most convenient to me. I would rather travel further and pay twice as much for my dogs food. I don't know how he is remains open with the manner he conducts his business.
