Valley Caterers is an institution in Franklin Square, Around the holidays you can't even get near the place. They have the most outstanding cold cuts, salads, bread and rolls, pies and pasteries, roasted chickens, and hot entres around. Their cole slaw tastes as good as your mother used to make. And their red potatoe salad with hard boiled eggs is just sublime. This place is amazing - you will never be disappointed.
