Terrible Experience.
Feel that the staff was dishonest- I had a coupon which they said they would honor when I dropped the car off. When I came to pick the car up, they wouldnt honor the coupon and asked me if I wanted to take my car home or if they should keep it overnight. Horrible. I am never going back. It wasnt about the money, more about the principal.

I had a terrible experience at their service department. I went in for an inspection while my inspection was still valid. They failed me because of a small crack in my headlight and because they said I needed front brake pads. The brake pads looked fine to me so I took my car to a different mechanic. He confirmed that I DID NOT NEED brake pads. The WORST part of my experience was that the Tower Ford mechanic REMOVED MY INSPECTION STICKER even though it was STILL VALID. I checked with the DMV and confirmed that they should have left the sticker on. My last 2 cars were made by FORD. Ironically, I am due to buy a new car. I would never go back to Tower Ford.
