    Very dissatisfied with the service. My son had a 16th birthday party on the Krystal party bus in Feb. Prior arrangement was made with the company and the driver as to the sites my son and friends would go and take pictures of this memorable event in the city. Needless to say the driver took it upon himself to make two stops for his own convenience. Not one of the stops I had requested was covered. My son has no pictures with his friends of these memorable sites. Which was the main high light of the evening. The company has done nothing as of this date, to compensate us for the neglect of the driver. I would not recommend this service because they obviously don t hire professional drivers and customer service was unsatisfactory.

    I was traveling with designerlimo for 12 hours, naver had sucha service like them, the driver was special, such a nice guy, iam using alot party buses & limos, ppl designerlimo is the place to rent a limo or buses, i have no words!! just they r amazing!!!

    Thank you for your wonderful service yesterday to Lincoln Center. Here is the message I received from our third grade teacher and coordinator of the school bus trip: “Thank you SO MUCH for getting the bus for us yesterday. It was an ENORMOUS difference from the other bus company we had to Philadelphia. It was so clean, the driver was lovely, and there was air circulating.” The following is the response from our Assistant Headmaster, who was also on the bus trip: “A hearty AMEN to Meg’s note. It was a spotless bus, a cheerful driver… you almost thought you were on the Polar Express!” Have a great Christmas, and I will be sure to contact you when the time comes for our spring coach needs.
