Do not waste your time! I have had the pleasure of owning the first ever sold four-door Jeep Wrangler at Major. My issue isn't with the car if not the hell of a lease they signed me up for, for THIRTY NINE MONTHS!!! I find myself purchasing a ton of extra miles towards the end of my lease since I was only aloud 10,500 miles per year (made aware of that after I had signed the paperwork.) Not to mention, they have the WORST service department ever. THEY are my biggest problem, actually. I have had the same problem for nearly 12k miles now and every time I go they can't seem to find it! You speak with “Martha” and it’s like speaking to a wall. I drop off my car on a Friday and you would think that by next week Wednesday it would be done, of course not! I have to wait for them to start on the car when all the parts arrive. Wouldn't it make sense to take care of what you can while the other items arrive, so it's not so much to do in one day? I could have had my car today (when they thermostat finally arrived 4 business days later), instead, they have so much to do that I don't know when I will get it back. What does a muffler have to do with the radiator's thermostat? You mean to tell me this issue can't get resolved before the thermostat arrives? Or the door locks? And the brakes they say they have changed, yet seem to go after every 3k miles? How about the trembling of my steering wheel which took them another three visits to fix? I was actually told my repair list gets larger and larger each time I went back. Well if you fixed the problem the first time, maybe it would go away! I will be servicing my car elsewhere going forward, but you think they care? My car is under warranty and it doesn't pay them to fix it anyway! THE WORST, THE WORST, THE WORST. Major World is garbage as a whole, regardless of which dealer you go to. Chrysler should not allow for such scum to represent them. I am so pissed off.
