i had mrs maxwells cake for the first time on my sons third birthday. the cake was so delicious i cant stop thinking about it. i may just go by just to by a cake.

Allow me to add my two cents worth of advice. If you live anywhere in the Brooklyn area make it your business to stop here and sample everything. I am 53 years old and have been going to Mrs. Maxwells since I was a child. I now live in Florida and there is no, NO bakery that compares. The cakes are wonderful and the owners are the very best people. Have a taste of the Chocolate Seven Layer cakes, My Absolute Favorite.
