About:	This offbeat bistro is artful and romantic, but not inclined to take itself too seriously. Chez Oskar is located in the newly re-gentrified Fort Greene neighborhood. The food and service are good, and prices are reasonable. Sauteed Chicken Gizzards, Moules Marinieres, and Frisee with Poached Egg and Bacon are all served at Chez Oskar. The dining room features burgundy banquettes lined up against brick walls, and a large mural on one side of the room. Jazz is performed on weekends, and sidewalk seating is available in good weather.
