   MoreWe are open weekdays from 8 A.M. till 6 P.M. all year around for the children from two to four years old. Sunflower is closed only for 12 holidays a year. Unlike in many other daycares we provide flexible schedule. The major emphasis of the school is language and math readiness, as taught through Fine Arts of dance, music, paining and drawing. Our program is fun, game oriented and offered during free playtime. We have daily preschool activities to prepare child for kindergarten. We introduce this through a variety of games and stories and a 30 to 40 minute formal sit down period for those who are ready. Weekly music, dance, and karate classes. We have outdoor space. Each child spends between one to two hours outside each day (weather permitted). We purposely keep a home-like atmosphere and stay away from classroom-like environment. We provide organic meals.
