   ***NO SERVICE AT ALL!***
   
   I booked a cab to take me to JFK and it didn't show and I missed my flight. When I called to query they denied I ever made a booking. Would not use again.

   DON'T do it.
   
   Really.
   
   My company sent me to Boston for the day and we needed to find a Brooklyn based car service that would accept a credit card reservation to drive me to and from the airport. There site was the first to appear after googling this request.
   
   From the beginning it was a total mess. They quoted me $35.00 flat (and then bumped it to $40.00 when the driver came to pick me up). They lost the credit card information we gave them and then miraculously "found it" after 10 minutes.
   
   Different dispatchers kept answering the phone, clueless about the reservation. Sometimes the phone was not picked up at all, so I had to keep dialing to get a live person.
   
   My flight back was delayed and I made sure to inform the service. One of the many dispatcher's assured me that that they would have a car ready for me by 10:30 P.M. The driver of course was not there, and I had to call the car service twice. I finally got into the driver's car (I had to leave the airport and look for him 3 blocks away) at 11:00 P.M.
   
   He then apologized, and gave me his card saying that he thought that this car service was a bad one and that he was starting a side project of his own.
   
   Intense.

   Supposively a very good car service, my first experience with them has been terrible. It took them more than one hour to send me the car... not kiding! And I have to chase them about 7 phone calls. They would tell each the time that the car was a few blocks away. Awful!
