As of last Saturday, I was a regular at Cookers. Though over time there cuisine has not been pleasing to my palate, I would just go for drinks and atmosphere. After witnessing a group of beautiful women being gay bashed at Night of the Cookers, I will not be returning. No one stepped in to diffuse the situation with the exception of this one man which left to invite the antoganizing male to go outside to fight. My concern was "where was management or security to diffuse this situation"? I was appauled at the way management did not handle teh issue. In my eyes, Cookers did nothing while a group of black males terrorized and gay bashed these young ladies. I can not support an establishment that does not support what is right.
I went theere twice for and I loved the food1 the surf and turf excellent! The service good live jazz band loved it!
The food was DISGUSTING and the service was HORRIBLE! I've gone 4 times with different groups of friends and we've collectively voted it the WORST food in Brooklyn. The competition was tough but they've made it a clear win.
