User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsI have Ovril's oxtail almost every time I'm in NY and I won't be stopping anytime soon. If you want great oxtail juicy to the bone, check it out. The restaurant itself is not somewhere I'd sit and eat but if you don't mind take out, you'll have no problems.
