The last time I made the mistake of going to this branch it was crowded, the seating arrangement is uncomfortable because you feel like your eating with strangers leaning against you. The service is beyond slow. AND YES, as someone stated before, the front desk people barely speak English and when it comes to ordering food, that is essential. The staff always seems to have an attitude. The food looks nothing like what is advertised. And the tables are usually disgusting. I didn't even want to touch the syrup bottle because it was so sticky and nasty. U actually lose your appetite before the food is served, so I guess for those that want to lose weight but have a weakness for pancakes, this place is perfect for you.

this place claims to have that homie kind of feeling and if at home you sit on your siblings lap while you eat then you hit it on the nose i went here and the tables are so close if someone coughs you know something got on your food also the girl in the front does not speak english well and its not her fault but they should have her doing something else the so called pork links are not pork links they are brown and serve and most brown and serve sausage have all kinds of meat in them and not the good parts either the hash brown look like the took the shredded potato out of the bag and throw it on the grill for 1 minute and then slapped it onto your plate after i left here i had to go home and feed the kids i wished i just stayed home the kids were more hungry by the time we got home the only thing the kids did like was the syrup I WILL NEVER I SAID NEVER GO TO ANY IHOP EVER AGAIN

The service is slow the waitresses are nasty like its your fault that they are not happy working there.
I called one time to pick up an order so it would be ready when i arrived and they said they cant have it ready because people call to pick up and they never arrive. Then she hung up without saying goodbye.
My in the restaurant experience was good only at the end i recieved half a smile when it was tip time.
