   My dogs hate the vet, BUT they are surprisingly relaxed and cooperate with me at this place.
   
   In the past, my dogs constantly freaked out at the vet; they were extremely uncomfortable and squirmy. Needless to say, it was always very messy and the vet techs had no patience whatsoever. I took them to this place and the dogs miraculously relaxed- no incessant barking, no shaking, and no accidents. The vets are cool, the techs are calm and the receptionist/billing clerk Arlene is a doll.

   The staff is very professional, kind and patient. I had an emergency with a relative's dog and one of the vets was there in the middle of night to help us. He took the time out to explain what was happening with the dog, and our options. Years later I now travel over 30 minutes to take my own dog to this Animal Clinic. The staff is great from the vetss, the nurse in the waiting room, to the assiatants. I've recommended this clinic to others and they are satiafied as all.
