    false advertisement: It says pick up and delivery... but they do not... just drop off and pick up. They advertise the opposite in big letters on the building.. that just pisses me off.

    It works in a jam...: We live a few blocks down the road and since our building laundry services still don't work we are forced to use this place. It is mostly taken over with middle aged women and their kids. The workers are okay, not rude, not good. I once had a lady remove my duvet because it was dry (umm..I put it in dry to fluff it). Price is fair, but the place is dingy.
