Got one better. Left my car there on wed.. was told the next day that it was ready to be picked up. I asked what was wrong and they told me nothing the engine light just needed to be reset and everything was good. When I ask what the computer report said I was told that the tech has left and that he did not know how to read the codes " BUT THE CAR IS READY ". Returned the rent a car and go to my car guess what it wont start and the light is still on. Call the rep and he says its not our fault we did not do anything to the car. Is that not why we bring the cars in so they can find out whats wrong. But they did do the oil change? Anyone reading this DO NOT GO THERE.

This service center is the worst I have ever seen in NYC car dealership.They charge highly over price for parts compare to other service center and labor charge oh!my god!! save me!!
This service center will never give you separate parts price list and estimated labor cost. Instead of this, they will told bargain price like junkyard. This service center asked me to replace both oxygen sensors in my car $875.00 + tax. They never told me what is the separate cost for parts and labor. I called another service center to inquire price for oxygen sensors. It costing total price $ 185.00 + tax. So $690.00 is their labor charge less than 40 minutes job !!!!!
