Our goals include developing: Strength, balance, special awareness, flexibility, coordination, loco-motor and non-loco-motor and manipulation skills. Our program contributes to each child's physical, mental and social development building the individuals poise, self-confidence and self-esteem. Teaching very basic skills, improving previously learned skills, and learning new skills in an order that follows the specific sequences and progressions prescribed by the USA Gymnastics. We also offer Dance classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop for children. Lana's Art Studio program of youth art classes is rooted in the concept that participation in the art-making process is a vital, unique way for children to explore their world.
