    They did some work in my apartment and unfortunately it wasn't that good. Replaced shower body but forgot to fix the pipe to the stud so shower head is shaking now. Also did some repairs in my building and managed to damage my car. Never paid for damage even after I supplied repair estimate (only $100), guess I would have take them to the small claims court.

    Be Careful of these guys Called Karl's for a heating repair. The tech told me I needed to replace my six year old heating system for $7500. The tech pulled some wires and turned off the gas, charged my wife $175 for doing nothing. Turns out it was a blocked chimney and some carbon buildup. Fortunately, we got an honest heating repair guy to replace the wires the Karl's tech pulled out. Called a chimney cleaner to unblock the chimney. Everything is working again no thanks to Karl's

    Setup a fake profile, stalked and harassed employees, posted everywhere on the web over a $175 service call. Your the moron who called a plumbing and heating company because of a blocked chimney. You really have way too much time on your hands.

    Karl's Plumbing did the plumbing in my new home after years of neglect by the previous owner. Obviously some people here have a personal vendetta against them probably a disgruntled ex-employee or competitor. Just Google "plumbing ny" they are the first result I think that says something right there. If you want the work done right the first time I highly suggest them.
