Company Information: Mardi Gras is a Creole restaurant that serves up good food at modest prices and accompanied by good music. The dining room resembles an old fashioned country inn, with the bar on the first floor and restaurant seating on the second. Dine on Voodoo Pasta, Jammin' Jambalaya, and Slap Your Mama Silly Barbequed Ribs, as well as blackened ribeye, the fish of the day, bronzed chicken or pork chop, and some of the hottest chicken wings and fried chicken north of the Mason-Dixon Line. Now, New Orleans is only a subway ride away.

Great place!: I like the crew at Mardi Gras, they are very hospitable!
A bit of New Orleans Style Spice on Austin: The dishes here range from the ordinary (blackened chicken) to the hot and spicy (Jambalaya). With upstairs and downstairs eating areas, appetizers that include Alligator bites, and dishes to satisfy your craving for spice and Andouille Sausage, this is recommended.
Great Food!: I love the food! When going there, you should definitely try the specials like the Voodoo Chicken. The mashed potatos on that dish is heavenly!
