On Saturday July 26, 2008 I had a very upseting experience with this restaurant. I went there for Breakfast and I ordered a lot of stuff. From that order, I asked for two hot cakes with sausage that they charge $5.97 for them. When I got home my wife realized that it was only one hot cake. My receipt number was 278 and I called the phone # on that receipt. The young Lady who took my order picked the phone and claimed that I must be talking about the wrong restaurant then she denied that was her. She finally came to the conclusion that I should come when they are serving breakfast again so I could get another hot cake. I was still talking when she hung up the phone. When I went back there, she said that they can't give me my money back because they is nothing that prove that I did not get all my food. I decided to let her win and take my cash for nothing. I want to advise everyone to double check on your order before you any fast food restaurant. I think that was a very unfair way to treat customers. I feel like there is no difference between someone steel my money from the streeT and what happened to me.
