I called twice and the salesman was rude and hang up on me. He never called back. I called the next day and NIKI was actually really nice except that she couldn't give me a price on the Honda Insight EX.
Couldn't Care Less after a Sale!: I purchased a new Honda Pilot '06 in July and have problems with my brakes.
When I called the salesman a week later, my numerous voice mails were not returned. After my 4th call, I finally asked the receptionist if this person still worked there, she paged him.
When he answered and I told him the problems I have with the brakes, he started to get annoyed and told me what a good deal I made. Pretended to have a customer and told me he'd call back. Of course, he never did.
I finally got a hold of a manager, nice enough, told me to bring the SUV in. I did. The service manager proceeded to tell me that nothing is wrong with the brakes. Even though I told him I never had a mushy brake that goes all the way to the floor especially since the car has 300 miles.
I took the Pilot back again 2 weeks later because it felt like I had no stopping power in the brakes. Service manager once again told me nothing is wrong.
One day my brakes are low, next day or two hours later they are higher. Well, I'm going to take my car to another dealer's service department tomorrow and I'll see what they have to say.
This is my 3rd Honda, although different models, and it will be my last.
