    The service shop is great, I definetely give them that. They know how to get my car in and out quickly and even gave me a great loaner in the mean time. but recently, I went through an accident and had to deal with thie repair center / body shop on 153 east merrick road. What an aweful experience!! My car was in for over a month and my rental ended up costing me a fortune as a result of it. Then when I got the car back, they wouldn't acknowledge that certain areas weren't repaired (ie, my very expensive wood trim on the front dash). I had to fight with them to get it done (still in the process).
