I bought a Pilot on advertised special. Picked out the car, signed the aggreement, gave a deposit and was told I'd be contacted by the lease manager later that day. Mr telephone tough guy, Dave Haber, called me to tell me I was only qualified for tier 2 credit at a ridiculous price because my fico is under 700. I immediatetly got my scores online. My score ranges from 768 to 793 with the big 3 agencies. Got my money back. They can keep their car. Say bye bye to my money North Shore Honda. Everybody knows your name!

Horrible!!! Were nice till time to pick car up. Used the usual dealer tactics to change the deal figuring that you will accept to get the car and not walk away from the deal. Make you wait when you get there to pick car up then take time with paperwork so that you want to get out of there. Then tell you the car they already gave you a trade in value for to get you to sign the deal has other problems and you need to pay more $$ if you want the car. Car had already been looked at by dealer and carfax ran on it and was told that had beed rear ended at stop sign (10 Mph) 6 years earlier before car was looked at and deal made. I was already taking a lower price for the trade in because of this. At delivery was told my car had front end damage that was fixed wrong. Front of car had never been touched. They wanted $1000 but were willing to split $500 each. Just another dealer tactic to get $ on the back end because they weren't getting $ on the front end. Be willing to walk away and better yet stay away from this dealer and try Babylon Honda instead I have had good experiences there and that is where I will go in the future.
