User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsNever in my life have I walked out of a restaurant; that is until last night at the Broadway Beanery. Last night we went there for coffee and cake with 4 of our friends. When we started to place our order, the waitress basically started to scold us that the hostess had asked us twice if we were there for dinner or dessert and they had designated areas for each. Now mind you, yes, we were asked what we were there for and we did indeed tell the hostess coffee; however that was beside the point. We asked our âlovelyâ waitress if she would like us to move, and her response was ânot yetâ. Now mind you, the place was a complete ghost own and my friend is current 8 months pregnant. Nice huh? Now is it just me, or are we in a recession? Is SOME business better than NO business?? Whatever happened to good customer service?? In the end it worked out perfectly. We took our appetites and 20% tip to International Delight Café in RVC and had a yummy time with fabulous service. Perhaps I should send the Beanery a thank you?

Fine dining at it's best. I've had the pleasure of dining at the Broadway Beanery quite a few times and have never been let down. I love the ambience. As always our waiter couldn't have been more cordial. The restaurant (and restroom) is impeccably clean. I was recently there for Fat Tuesday and the place was packed yet the service was still above standard. The special food for that night was simply amazing. The savory Gumbo was exemplary and the Godzilla Shrimp scrumptious. The King Cake and a Patty's Special coffee, which our waiter recommended, topped off our dinner perfectly. We're looking forward to going back on St. Paddy's day if not sooner! Kudos to the owner/owners.

IM SORRY IF THATS FINE DINING FOR YOU, YOU NEED TO GO OUT MORE OUT OFTEN,SORRY THAT IS NO WHERE NEAR FINE DINING -

HEY ALL I HIGHLY RECOMEND GOING ELSEWHERE THESE OWNERS DO NOT KNOW GOOD WILL AT ALL THEY ARE RUDE AND MEAN AMONGST OTHER QUALITIES THAT A BUSSINESS OWNER THAT DEALS WITH CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE MY EXPIERENCE THERE WAS DOWN RIGHT NOT GOOD SO STAY AWAY!OH YA I HEARD FROM AN INSIDE SOURCE THAT WORKS IN THE KITCHEN THAT THEY DO NOT USE NIMAN RANCH MEATS AND ON HTE MENU IT SAYS THEY DO....THATS JUST WRONG! FDA ANYONE?
