User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsTODAY SHE SOURED THE 'MILK': 120 Sunrise Hwy has a young female who should never work the drive thru window! Today she got everything in our order wrong...we paid for and never got caramel in the decaf iced lattes and she forgot to put one of our donuts in the bag. She kept saying come inside and pickout your donuts when the whole point of a drive thru is NOT to come inside! guess she missed that class! She was obviously flustered because we all could hear her aggravated sighs through the speaker and at the window. She got her wish when I came inside to no manager on duty.We have gone through the drive thru there several times and it was a very pleasant experience. She needs a different job!
