Looks beautiful from the outside and has a really nice ambiance; however, the food was terrible. I went there for my anniversary and thought it would be nice to treat myself to filet minion. I never thought such a fine piece of meat could be so bad. First, I asked for my meat medium-well, I received well done. Second, the sauce wasn't very good. After eating 1/3 of the meat (cutting it thinking maybe the middle would have some pink) I informed the waitress. She came back after speaking with the chef and told me, "sorry, there's nothing we can do". I've been to sports bars that have been more consideration of my satisfaction. On top of everything else, my husband had blow out diarrhea the next day. I give the entire experience an F. If you must go there the pomegranate martini was delicious. Too bad the bartender wasn't cooking the food!
good brunch: go on a sunday for a good sunday brunch.
Fantastic - can't wait to return: This was my first time at the Argyle Grill & Tavern and it won't be the last! Food and service was exceptional. We had the prix fix dinner which had many excellent offerings. The portions were huge, the presentation was elegant and the service and ambiance was outstanding. I highly recommend dining here and taking advantage of the prix fix dinners - otherwise the cost can be high.

try learning meat temperatures before criticizing the chef for ruining your dinner...medium well isn't supposed to be pink
