My first (and last) experience at Bellport Animal Hospital was absolutely horrendous…. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone who loves their pet. I almost lost my kitten by following the hospital’s medical advice. When I confronted the hospital about the mistake of their medical advice, the veterinarians and office manager passed accountability and responsibility on to me. The medical team was unapologetic for their poor medical judgment and tried to justify their failure to take action when I called them about my kitten’s symptoms of lethargy and one episode of vomiting. I made the mistake of following their advice which was to “wait out 24 hours” and I ended up rushing my kitten to the emergency hospital in the middle of the night. I am skeptic of their medical judgment and am appalled by their treatment to a client. I will unequivocally not recommend this hospital.

Everyone there is great! They really care about animals and are great with them! The prices are reasonable also. The location is not the best, but the quality of service makes up for that.
