    Had a poor experience with a complaint about a sandwich roll that was so hard it could not be eaten (I tried and got through 3 bites before giving up). They agreed to a replacement. Several months later, I returned; the woman who had given me the hard roll "recognized" me and called out another woman to wait on me; I ordered a sandwich from the other woman, who stated that the roll might be "crunchy" and said she did not want me calling about it being hard, that it was "not our fault" if the rolls are hard. After I communicated that I would not buy from this place again, she shrugged her shoulders. Absolutely unbelievable!

    fast and freindly: every time i go to the deli the staff are quick to assist me and acknowlwdge my presence. and the food is great and at a good price.
