User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe had a tough experience: very unprofessional and rude customer support, rented un-tuned equipment (hazard), improperly accessorized, and claiming to charge for the time the broken equipment was in your possession, offering the right fix/accessory on additional cost, even got the remark back â ⦠it may be something wrong w your deck wood ⦠â (got the right tool for my deck eventually, at a different rental place).
If you want to save some time and money, better look around, not even 1/2 mile away you will find WAY better services and less expensive, w included training when you pick up the equipment and far better customer support (flexible to accommodate your needs even if technically you should have paid extra).
