The owner and staff were very rude and inconsiderate to several family members. Inappropriate bedside manner especially considering that these relatives had just lost a loved one. Flat out rude and very pushy. The concept of sympathy and customer service was non-existent despite spending thousands of dollars there. Bathrooms were in the basement. No elevator. Very inconvenient and difficult for the elderly or handicapped. Beware of the bait and switch. Shop around as best as you time (although not very easy in your moments of grief) and compare all services very carefully. Be prepared to be “nickeled and dimed” if you commit. This is my personal opinion protected under The First Amendment to the United States Constitution.
