owner must have sold to new people and did not give them the recipe. I went there for over 20 years and it was the best around. Twice the pie was thick crusted, spotty burnt and yet undercooked. Don't bother there are better places now. I am sad to see Colosseo deteriorate so much.

Best pizza in the ar...: Best pizza in the area. Always busy, thus always fresh slices. A good slice of pizza consistently.
