User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIt was a very bad experience: It was a nice day and my children were being rewarded for listening to Mom. I decided to go to the Baskin Robbins in Port Jefferson on Rt. 112. What a big mistake.
When we walked in I noticed the store was not clean. There were 4 customers ahead of us. They had run out of certain flavors& had no napkins.We waited 12 minutes for service. I also noticed that the 2 girls behind the counter never once washed their hands between handling $ and serving. We went to sit at a small talble but it looked really dirty so we left the store. When I returned to the car, I realized I was over charged.
This has got to be the worst BR store I have ever been to. You can get away with some things but cleanliness needs to be #1.
