We called them to solve a networking problem in our house and Jason was at our house within hours. There were multiple problems and Jason fixed them all to the point where we never knew everything could work so flawlessly. He was competent, professional and determined to make sure that when he left, everything was running the right way. We HIGHLY recommend them and they have a real asset in having Jason as their technician.

These guys are great. Everything works perfectly!: I called and left a message with a receptionist and Jason, my technician, called me back in about 5 minutes. We scheduled an appointment for the same day to remove all the viruses from my computer. Not only did he do that, but he showed me how to avoid viruses and spyware in the future, and which anti-virus/anti-spyware software is the best (and which are popular but terrible). You can really tell this guy knows his stuff. Anyway, the service was prompt, professional, and competitively priced too. I've dealt with a few other companies and this one is hands down the best. I can't write enough!
