User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI was totally unhappy with my experience here. The employees were all more busy on their cell phones to be concerned with their clients - and I got a horrible haircut! I called the next day, and they seemed kind and offered to 'correct' the haircut - and now it is even worse... UGH - I'll be wearing a ponytail for the next few months!

Highly recommended. I liked the quaint, old spot in St James better, this is a traffic nightmare to get to now, but worth the trip every time.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy new salon: I've gone from salon to salon to salon and this one surpasses each. Every time I go there I leave feeling gorgeous. I've never heard anyone complain or seen anyone complain. The place itself i very comforting. You walk in and you think to yourself, boy, they definitely know what they're doing.
