I can't imagine anyone giving this amazing place a negative review! I would give them more than 5 stars if possible!! Keep up the good work ladies!

I have been going to polished for over 7 years!! Every time I enter the lounge its always so serene. I have gotten waxed and facials at polished. I started with Lisa and then tried the other girls when she was away. All of the girls there are not only great at what they do but they all are fun and personable. I must also state that the facials are amazing!!

From the website I was expecting an outstanding facial - once I walked in I should've known better. The space wasn't very relaxing at all. My facial was mediocre at best - I was very, very, very disappointed. I drove about 30 miles because I heard so much about this spa. When I was finished all I wanted was a refund of my gas money and a garbage in which to throw the pitiful plastic cup of water they gave me, ilk! Avoid this spa - its really a waste of your money.
