Purchased 07 MDX at Smithtown Acura in Aug 2007. I had no problem with the sales person but the greatest experiences I got was from the service. All the staffs are very professional dealing with customers and performed services on time. Provided with the latest Acura model loaner vehicles for courtesy transportation and committed to customers satisfaction. For this reason, willing to buy next vehicle from this dealer.

So far so good. Test drove an MDX, then got some quotes from other dealerships via email. Came back and got the best quote matched. No pressure tactics, very pleasant experience.

A month after the delivery the side body molding started to unglue (it was dealer installed). Got it replaced withing an hour, free of charge.
