Be sure to run a Carfax report on anything you buy from this place.
I bought a used 2003 Suzuki from them in late 2004. They claimed it had only one previous owner.
It has spent about 45 days in the shop since mid-July of this year (2007). All sorts of engine problems. Out of curiosity I ran a Carfax report today and found out that Legend Nissan lied to me. The car's original owner was a rental car company. Almost the first 10,000 miles on it were as a rental. No surprise the thing is totally falling apart now, and I have only 42,000 miles on it.
They also gave me a hard time because I refused to finance through them. I got to a point where I had to tell the finance manager that if he asked me one more time about financing with them that I would walk.
They come across as the very stereotypical car sales sleaze you see on movies and TV. Avoid them.
Bad Business -Bad Service Dept: I purchased an automatic start with my brand new 2007 car. The service department does not know how to instal them and has had my car for 4 days. The car will not start at all and they have claimed they are missing peices for it more than once. I went to see the sales manager who said he would take care of it and he has since not returned any of my calls. Beware of the unqualified service deaprtment.
bad service: I was very unhappy with service.Very unresponsive to problems .

David, I wish I had read your comments before I purchased from them in Nov. 2007. The financiang guy is a total sleaze bag. (And I'm being nice) He went on and on about my financing rate if I purchased extended warranty coverage through them. When I elected to take a slightly higher rate but not purchase the warranty with him, he basically turned into a big baby and refused to sell me the car. Lucky for him, I felt I was getting a good enough deal on the financing rate and because of my immediate need for a vehicle, the deal still made sense, otherwise I would have kept walking. They promised to make small repairs that the Service Dept. did some of, but not all. So I'm coming away with a slightly bad feeling regarding overall experience with this dealership. Moreover, I think it's rather classless to sell a car with only 1/4 tank of gas and no floor mats, but that my personal opinion. I'm with you, Stay Away from them. They'll get no referrals from me.
